St Paul's is situated at the heart of the busy New England area. Car drivers take 1st exit at the B&Q roundabout off Bourges Boulevard and St Paul's will be right in front of you with Salvation Army to the left. Catch a No 1 bus that goes from Orton to Werrington and it drops you off a few yards from the Church whichever direction you are coming from. A very multi cultural area with lots of small but busy eating places and cafe's; numerous little food shops such as Julia's Polish Shop; ones with Halal meat; Lithuanian restaurant; lots of barbers and hairdressers; huge Thistlemoor Rd Medical Centre; a Football League sports ground; Post Office Club; Boulevard Club; large retail outlets and Costa Coffee Drive Thru and Wendy's Drive Thru; car maintenance garages; Taxi businesses. The list is endless. The Church together with the Church Hall and Vicarage are all on a 'traffic island' with a one way system going round it.We have a car park and an area of greenery. Nearby is a large recreation ground with basket ball courts; outdoor fitness equipment and children's swings area.

There is a very large Infant & Junior Academy-Fulbridge and another large Academy a short distance away called Gladstone. We have visits to the church from both schools twice a year. For he last 11 years there has been the ZigZag Nursery renting the Church Hall Mon to Fri and we have a close partnership with them.

St Paul's does not have a big membership but there is a core of very committed prayerful Christians alongside others who do what they can in support of all we are seeking to do. The Church leadership together with a few others meet monthly to pray and on another week meet to discuss other issues such as finance and the looking after of the buildings, etc as well as planning and vision. Our weekly 10.30am on Sundays and Wednesdays are always with a Eucharist and each month we have a 4pm Sunday Family time called T@4 Church which is very relaxed and aimed to encourage those with young children. At 5pm we stop and have food together.

HELLO and WELCOME to St Paul's in the community of New England, Peterborough for over 154years. It is a busy multi cultural and faith part of Peterborough and the church is like an OASIS on the busy Triangle road system. We have a car park beside the church and a Church Hall (it is used Mon-Fri by ZigZag Nursery 7-6pm). All who come along to the WEEKLY Sunday or Weds 10.30am Eucharist (Holy Communion) services are very welcome and there is tea/coffee after services in the church. Once a month at 4pm in church there is T@4 Church which his ideal for those with young children but all ages are welcome. Worship, prayer and witness are important and each 1st Tues of the month the church is open 10-3pm for a QUIET DAY when all can call in for as long as they can: time for stillness & quiet; prayer; reading or maybe have someone 'listen' to how you are feeling. Once a month from 2-3.30pm the church is open for OASIS Drop In - tea/coffee and talk. The Word of God is reflected on in the services, from the Bible Reading for the day. We are not big numbers but 'punch above our weight'.....do please visit this Railwayman's Church, as it used to be known as. The current Vicar, Rev Ron has been here since Nov 2007.
