The Church of St Mary the Virgin in Peterborough serves both as a place of worship for the people of our parish and as a centre for a range of local community activities.
Our main service each week is the Family Communion which takes place on Sunday mornings at 10.00. Everyone is invited to attend, especially families. Any children who wish can take part in our special Sunday Club during the service. We also hold a number of other Prayer and Communion services through the week. We have a modern building with full facilities located near to the centre of Peterborough. Good access is available both for cars and those on foot. There is some limited parking at the church and several car parks close by. Free parking is available for Sunday service. Full provision is made for the disabled with entrance ramps, wide doorways, a lift and toilets.
In addition to the Church and Chapel there are two function rooms with catering and other rooms suitable for meetings. Go to the Centre page on our website for further information.
