Stainer's Crucifixion - come and sing or come and listen! £5 per person - under 18's / students free

Join us for The Crucifixion by Stainer.
An opportunity to sing Stainer’s Crucifixion, a Victorian masterpiece, with the combined choirs of Stamford Choral and St John’s, Peterborough in the glorious setting of St John’s, Peterborough. Directed by Jeremy Jepson with Christopher Brown, Organist, and professional soloists. You are invited to come along and join in, however prior registration as a singer required, please see attached poster and the rehearsal is 1:30pm - 3:30pm.

Palm Sunday Eucharist starting in Cathedral Square near the Guildhall with guest donkeys!

Come along to our service of Holy Communion where palm crosses will be blessed to remind us of Jesus' triumphant journey into Jerusalem where palm branches were waved. We start at 10.45am at the Guildhall on Cathedral Square where we shall process with donkeys before then processing in to church. All ages welcome. Refreshments after the service.

Easter Fun and Film!

A free family event for all! We are open between 10am and 2pm for crafts and fun followed by a family film - WHICH MUST BE BOOKED! Use the QR code to book a place. Donations are welcomed to cover costs.

Maundy Thursday Eucharist of the Last Supper.

All are invited to this Eucharist to mark the Last Supper, where there will be foot washing (optional). You may leave after the service or stay in the Lady Chapel until 10pm for the Easter Watch.

Outdoor Wild Worship for Kids!

Easter Sunrise Service - Central Park Peterborough

Come along to the park for an outdoor service to mark sunrise on Easter Morning! Postcode for satnav is PE1 4DX but walk up to the centre of the park and we meet by the willow tree. This is a Churches Together in Central Peterborough event.
Join us for breakfast after the service at St Mary's Church, details will be given on the day.
