A Morning Prayer.
Good morning Lord.
Today is a new day, a chance for a new start.
Yesterday is gone and with it any regrets, mistakes or failures I may have experienced.
It’s a good day to be glad and to give thanks and I do Lord.
Thank you for today, a new opportunity to love you, give and be all you want me to be.
Amen

Father in heaven, I thank you for all living things which you have made, and especially for the animals of your creation.
Give to all who deal with them a heart of compassion, that no dumb creature may suffer cruelty or fear at our hands, and keep us always thankful for their faithful companionship and service, through Jesus Christ our Lord.

God our Father, Make us joyful in the ascension of your son Jesus Christ. May we follow him into the new creation. For his ascension is our glory and our hope. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ.
