We are part of the Salcey Benefice group of Churches, comprising the villages of Ashton, Roade, Courteenhall, and Hartwell, Anglican Churches in the Peterborough Diocese.Having had a presence in Roade for many centuries, bringing a witness, St Mary’s Roade is a wonderful place where faith comes alive with a rich heritage of worship, and the community feels like family. Whether you’re exploring Christianity for the first time, returning to church, or looking for a vibrant spiritual home, we’re here to journey with you.

Safeguarding
Our parish of Roade: St Mary the Virgin is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Peterborough’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO.
