Getting here
St Matthew's offers a warm welcome to those in the parish and to those from outside. We offer worship with a modern catholic ethos in a building that is worthy of that.
We are extremely proud of our tradition of supporting and celebrating art and music and are home to Henry Moore's 'Madonna and Child', Graham Sutherland's 'Crucifixion' and Ian Rank-Broadley's 'St Matthew'.
All are welcome to the services that are held every day and are detailed in the services and events section of this website.
The church is open for visitors every Saturday during the months of April-October from 12 - 4pm. If would like to visit outside of these hours then please contact the Parish Office on 01604 791251 (9.30 -12.30 every weekday).
