Refreshments from 10.30am followed by extended sung worship, Bible teaching, prayer and provision for children and young people. There is Holy Communion on the first Sunday of each month. The second Sunday of the month is an all-age service.

There is provision for children, both through Kids Church for 4s-11s and all-age services.

Barley Hill Church now meet as part of Thame Church in St Mary's.
