On Saturday May 10th the centenary of the Amble clock tower war memorial was marked by a service.Coquet Churches Together provided readings and prayers, the band of the Royal Fusiliers marched and played and the Deputy Lord Lieutenant of Northumberland unveiled a plaque as the representative of His Majesty King Charles.
With many continuing to celebrate VE Day 80 in our communities and around the country here at St John’s we have our display of war memorial research done by our <a></a>fantastic group of volunteers. Bringing those name to the forefront. Church is open every day (10-4 pm)
