Rev John Holland and his wife Jean have been with us in Chevington since Covid lockdown when John began leading Sunday worship by telephone. 

For the past 18 months John has been helping to manage our parish through its interregnum, giving us two Sundays every month and many hours in between.

On Sunday July 30th we had to say "Goodbye" as John and Jean have moved to live closer to their family in Lancashire.

We will miss them immensely, but wish them every happiness in their new home. We are sure it won't belong before another parish benefits from their presence.
