Getting here
St Giles is a small Northumbrian church in a beautiful part of the county. It has a peaceful, large churchyard, Roman pillars and an upturned Roman altar which in the past has been used as a font. We sell a small number of itmes on our stall, holding crosses, cards, mugs and other small gifts. 2012 has seen the Church Guide be completely updated and reprinted in full colour.
Visitors are warmly welcomed, duing the week or at our fortnightly services.
