St John's has been at the heart of life in Killingworth Parish for more than 150 years.  Marking events on the personal and global scale, and holding them before God in prayer.  In preparation for the marking of the 75th Anniversary of VE Day on the 8th May 2020; and in recognition of the need to remember so we do not loose sight of the sacrifices made so we may know peace.  The Church Heritage Group have compiled a list of the fallen from the Historic Parish of Killingworth.

Remembering the Fallen from Killingworth Parish including the communities of Annitsford, Benton Square, Burradon, Dudley, Holystone, Killingworth, West Allotment and Westmoor.

Based on information from the North East War Memorial Project, Commonwealth War Graves Commission and the Longbenton District Roll of Honour, with some local reporting and additional information.
