It is celebrated on February 2nd, marking the 40th day of Christmas, a day when Mary and Joseph brought Jesus to the Temple in Jerusalem. This signifies the end of the Christmas season but also commemorates the presentation of Jesus in the Temple, as per Jewish custom. This year, the 2nd of February falls on a Sunday, come along for a heart warming candlelit service. Why not bring a candle for your home along with you!
