St Augustine

St Augustine's is the Parish Church of the Anglican parish of Tonge Moor, Bolton. Our liturgies and worship are in the catholic tradition of the Church of England, and we receive the pastoral and sacramental care of the Bishop of Beverley.

The church is open to everyone, and anyone is welcome to join us in our worship and social activities. St Augustine's is usually open at least 15 minutes before said masses (longer for Sung Masses), and you are welcome to come in for private prayer whenever it is open. We look forward to meeting you.

Our Diocese of Manchester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO [[email protected]] or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor [https://www.manchester.anglican.org/safeguarding/#:~:text=You%20can%20seek%20further%20advice,member%20of%20the%20Safeguarding%20Team].
