About Us

St Mary's, Rawtenstall is an evangelical Anglican Church north of Manchester. 

We are a bunch of sinners saved by the grace of God, open to His Spirit and looking for His return in glory. We seek to keep true to the faith once revealed in the Holy Scriptures in life and belief. 

Our worship is identifiably Anglican with a mixture traditional and more contemporary songs. The feel is informal but with structure.  The congregation is around 60 but we are looking to grow larger numerically, deeper in discipleship, younger in age and warmer in spiritual passion.
