Churches from across Rossendale have come together to bring you a wonderful night of entertainment; an evening of comedy with the fabulous Andy Kind!
Andy started doing Stand-up on 23rd January 2005. By the September of that year, Andy had gone full-time as a comedian and has made a living from it ever since. He won Anything for Laffs in 2005 and in early 2019 hurdled over the 2000-gig barrier. Other stuff happened in between!
Described by The Scotsman as ‘Terrific’ and by the Yorkshire Times as ‘Tossing out comic gems in an almost profligate manner’, Andy’s stand-up style is the joyful ranting of a redeemed alpha male. He has been featured on BBC1, ITV and Channel 4, while he’s had jokes featured on Dave’s One Night Stand and Live at the Apollo.
So, come along, invite your friends, and bring a tissue for those tears of laughter!

Christ Church with St John Bacup at Central

Christ Church with St John is a friendly, welcoming church right at the heart of Bacup.  Along with our friends from Holy Trinity with St Saviour, we meet for worship each week at 10.30am in the ABD Community Centre on Burnley Road, just next to the Post Office. 

Holy Communion is on the first and third Sundays of the month, and we always have children's activities available. 

We also have a YouTube channel where we share our weekly online service. Whether in person or online, we would love to have you join with us.
