The Christmas trees had been decorated by various associations from the local area as well as groups from within the church. The trees were displayed in church all through the festive season.
The Christmas Market was very well attended, there were stalls selling Christmas decorations and table centres. A stall by Sunday School selling things that the children had made, face painting, and making Christingles for the Christingle service the following day. The cafe at the back of church was extremely busy providing hot and cold drinks, hot and cold food and some delicious cakes made by the congregation. There was even a visit from Father Christmas, where the children received a gift of a book.
