Hello everyone,
We start a new series for our bitesize weekly worship in Lent. Each week we will look at one of the Psalms. The psalms are a great spiritual resource for us. I think it is a sure fact that they are among the best loved and most read parts of the Old Testament. They express the whole range of human experience and feeling from dark depression to sheer exuberant joy. The fist psalm we are looking at, the psalm for today, is psalm 8. At its heart it is a hymn of praise of God’s character and deeds. It is a celebration of God’s glory seen in creation. I hope you find it useful.
