' Lest we forget'

St Paul's Church. Ramsbottom

Are you thinking of coming to church for the first time, or the first time in a long time, ?

                                                                            You will be very welcome!

'We are situated at the heart of Ramsbottom, and offer a warm welcome no matter if you have been visiting for years or visiting for the first time.'

St Paul's is open for services every Sunday at 11.00am where everyone is most welcome to join us in worship, followed by Tea and Coffee and a good old chat....

We also hold  a weekly Tuesday morning service of Holy Communion BCP at 10.30am.

Most Saturday mornings we hold a Saturday Café where we serve the best bacon butties and coffee in town. Our church is also open for private prayer and quiet contemplation.

We very much look forward to welcoming friends old and new.

We are very lucky to have The Rev Ian Fleming as our Team Rector, who is ably  supported by our Curate, Rev Lesley Stear.

Our wardens are currently Ryan Salter, and Andy Cole-Kinsey, who are usually to be found on a Sunday in church and will be very happy to meet you.

For more information on any aspect of our church please feel free to contact the Rev Ian Fleming: [email protected], our churchwarden, or our Team Administrator on: 07436887760 or email: [email protected]

'Church is not an organisation that you join,

it is a family where you belong,

and a home where you are loved,

and a hospital where you find healing...'

St Paul's is part of the Ramsbottom and Edenfield Team Ministry, which is made up of four churches which include St Andrew's, Edenfield and St Philip's. We have a variety of traditions but seek to work together alongside other Christians in our town, to share the 'Good News' of Jesus, and to show his love to all. Whether a visitor to the town, or just wanting to come on occasion, you are very welcome to join us for any of our services and join us for coffee and biscuits afterwards.

“We wouldn’t want to claim we haven’t room for improvement, but we are trying hard to be the kind of church where people feel “welcome”

The church is led by the PCC which includes the Team Rector and Church Warden. The PCC and Wardens are elected by those who have signed up to St Paul’s Electoral Roll at the APCM (Annual Parochial Church Meeting) which is held in April.
