St Paul’s bell ringers have been waiting a long time for this!!
They had their first practice in the tower last night the 10th June, for the first time in 15 months.
The bells were silenced so as to not upset the locals with the noise, after all its been over a year since most of our wonderful ringers have rang a bell, so it may not have sounded great.
The bells of St Paul's will once again be heard ringing out across Ramsbottom from the beginning of next month all being well.....wonderful news!!
