St Andrew’s Church is open on Wednesday afternoons from 2pm - 5pm as part of the Warm Spaces scheme in Ramsbottom.
Whilst the scheme aims to provide people who are struggling to cover the cost of their energy bills with an opportunity to turn their heating down or off for a couple of hours, it is also a good opportunity to meet with other people for a chat, a tea or a coffee and a cake or a hot crumpet!
It is open for anyone to come along for all or part of the afternoon and there is a good supply of magazines if you don’t feel like chatting all the time!

               If you are you thinking of coming to church for the first time, or the first time in a long time,? 

                                                              You will be very welcome! 

St Andrew's are part of the Ramsbottom and Edenfield Team Ministry, which consists of four churches each having their own traditions and services.

We currently hold services of Holy Communion on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month and Morning Worship on the 2nd and 4th Sundays at 11.00am.                                                                                                      

We offer the wine as part of Holy Communion, but stress that this is totally optional, and if you do not feel comfortable taking the wine from the common cup please feel free to return to your seat after taking the bread. You will still have fully participated in the sacrament of Holy Communion.

Every Wednesday afternoon between 3.00 and 4.30pm we hold a 'Drop in Café' where all are very welcome.

We are very lucky to have The Rev Ian Fleming as our Team Rector, ably supported by our Curate Rev Lesley Stear, together with our warden Robert Ruston.

We very much look forward to welcoming everyone through our doors.
