Our main Sunday service is for all the community and ably supported by our choir. The service which includes music, a sermon and prayers, helps us reflect on what God is doing in our lives and in the world. Refreshments are available after the service.

A morning of fun activities, snacks and singing (and conversation for the adults too!).

A lunch time group for all - no need to book, just come along. A light lunch will be served. Please ensure to inform us of any dietary requirements and allergies.

A fun social group for all in the community - if you enjoy good conversation, and playing board games, this will be right up your street.

We have had a dressmaking group at St Matthew’s Church for over 25 years. During that time we have had some very interesting projects. Some of our members make new outfits, others do alterations or adjustments, to original garments, as fashion changes. We can offer basic help for those who are beginners, and ongoing help for those with more experience.

This is our weekly family-friendly service which may sometimes take an alternative approach to worship compared to the traditional Sunday Eucharist.

Do you love singing? Our choir is a friendly and welcoming group of people who are always on the lookout for new members! Come and join us and immerse yourself in the beauty of the English choral tradition.
