Parish Share - What is it?

All churches pay Parish Share to the Diocese - this is their contribution to the cost of clergy, vicarages and the administration of the diocese.

The weekly giving from our generous parishioners and other donations go toward paying St John's Parish Share, but do not cover the full amount, so we need to hold fundraising events to enable us to meet our commitment.
