There are forms to be completed for both burial of cremated remains and for the introduction of a plaque, or an added inscription to an existing plaque. There are also fees to be paid in accordance with the Church of England Fee Table, which is accessible on the Church of England website. A fee for grave digging is charged by the Parochial Church Council.
You must contact the Church and complete an Application Form, before assuming a Baptism can take place. Please check with the Church Office two weeks before the baptism that the plans are still in place. Bookings may be arranged by calling in to Christ Church on the third Sunday of each month at 11.30am
