Full Holy Communion service for both churches in the Benefice (St Thomas and St James The Apostle, Milnrow)

Communion is given in both forms with a shared common cup. If you do not wish to share the common cup, the taking of Communion in one form only is acceptable according to the Church of England’s guidance.

Christmas Day (joint service at St James for both churches in the Benefice)

Full Holy Communion service for both churches in the Benefice (St James and St Thomas).

Communion at St James is given by the president who will dip the bread in the wine before giving it to the communicant (simultaneous administration). Intinction by the communicant is not allowed due to cross contamination.
