We are really excited to announce that from Sunday 13th October we are starting an exciting project: A Children's Community Choir ably led by the 'Sing my Soul' associate choral leader David Wynn-Evans. Alongside children from our Sunday school, it would be great to welcome other children from the Oldham area to know the joy of learning and making music together. Best of all: IT'S COMPLETELY FREE!!! See the poster for details and send us a message for more information if you are interested.

Safeguarding

"Our parish of Oldham: St Mary w St Peter is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Manchester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO Martcha Thomas or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor Abbey Clephane-Wilson. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services."
