Palmers Community Cafe was established in 2023 by volunteers from OL1 Community Association. It is now run by church and community volunteers. We offer tea, coffee and light refreshments at a very reasonable price; all served in the stunning setting of Oldham Parish Church. All are welcome.

Oldham Parish Church

Welcome to Oldham Parish Church situated in the heart of Oldham Town Centre. There has been a worshipping Christian presence on this site since 1280. We invite you to join us in keeping the flame of faith burning today. We worship together every Sunday at 10:30am and every Wednesday at 10am. All are welcome!    

Our parish of Oldham: St Mary w St Peter is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Manchester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO Martcha Thomas or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor Abbey Clephane-Wilson.
