All are welcome at St Richards

We are a small, friendly congregation and welcome visitors at any of our services.  Our worship is traditional on a Sunday morning, with the Eucharist (Holy Communion) celebrated most weeks.  We enjoy singing and are blessed with a good organist who chooses a variety of hymns, traditional and more modern.  We adopted the Inclusive Church statement some years ago, and try to make sure that everyone feels welcome, whatever their background, identity and circumstances.  As well as our Sunday morning service we have an informal service on Tuesdays at 11am, and once a month sung Evensong on Sunday afternoon at 4.30pm (from January 2024, this will be on 3rd Sunday of the month).  

We host a Place of Welcome with free refreshments on Tuesdays in term time between 9am and 10.30am which runs alongside our foodbank, and during some school holidays we run breakfast clubs in this space.  We are part of the Wythenshawe C of E Team Ministry.
