Welcome to St Martin's Baguley on A Church Near You

We worship in the church hall.  There is a celebration of the Holy Eucharist, with hymns, at 11.00am each Sunday. You are very welcome to join us.

Revd Caroline also prays the Daily Office of Morning Prayer (Common Worship) in the worship space in the church hall each Thursday morning at 9.00am. You are welcome to join her for Morning Prayer. Toddlers' Church (for pre-school children) is at 11.45am on Thursdays.

Please do not attend church if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or you think you may have COVID-19.  Please stay at home and get well.

Mission & Pastoral Measure 2011 - The church of St Martin, Wythenshawe

Draft Pastoral Church Buildings Scheme

A notice giving the objects of proposed pastoral reorganisation affecting this parish is displayed on the main door of the church hall and on the Church of England website. The Notice includes the last date by which representations regarding the proposed reorganisation may be made to the Church Commissioners.

The draft Scheme is in respect of 1) the church to be declared closed for regular public worship; 2) for the Diocese of Manchester Board of Finance to demolish the church; and 3) for the future of the site of the demolished church.

This Scheme has no impact on the existing church hall where we continue to worship on Sundays and Thursdays and from where all our community groups are run.
