About Us

A large family-friendly Anglican church in the suburbs of Manchester. Our vision is to help people on the exciting journey of Belonging, Believing and Becoming all that God has for them.

We are a united parish of two churches, St James and Emmanuel, together offering a diverse spectrum of worshipping styles. We are lively, and we are also thoughtful.

St James and Emmanuel is fully inclusive of the LGBTQI+ community.
