Congratulations to St Michael's Revd Caroline Bailey on her ordination on Saturday 1st July at Manchester Cathedral. On Sunday she presided at Holy Communion for the first time. She is shown to the left on the photograph with Revd Fiona Jenkinson, also from St Michael's.

Gardening Stall – do you have any plants that can be split or divided? Seeds or bulbs that you can sew now for a late summer or autumn display? Or can you plant up a spare basket or container? Also wanted garden tools, plant containers, bird baths, nesting boxes, garden furniture – in fact anything for the garden.<a></a>Local support/donations - we are hoping to obtain donations or support from local/national/international business. Do you regularly visit the same café, restaurant, pub, nail bar, hairdressers, florist, garden centre. Do you work for a company that regularlydonates to charities? Would you be willing to ask for a suitable donation towards a raffle or tombola prize, to put into the silent auction.Other stalls will hopefully include bric a brac, books/jigsaws, cakes, jewellery, tombola, raffle sweets, glitter face painting, toys, refreshments, games, silent auction.Your donations can be left in church from 18th June.
