About Us

Our church was opened around 1888 to serve the area of Ordsall and Salford Quays which at that time, as Manchester Docks, was the biggest inland ports in the UK, and during WW11 was critical to the 'Atlantic Convoys'.

The church closed down around the 1980's but re-opened in the early 2000s.

It is now adjacent to, and serves, the vibrant communities of Salford Quays and MediaCityUK.

Close to the home of Manchester United, it is uniquely situated to welcome visitors from the numerous hotels within walking distance.

We are a welcoming people and encourage the Word of God by Scripture and by going out in to the community. Please visit us when you are in the area, you are assured of a warm welcome as well as a cup of tea (after covid-19 restrictions are lifted).

Our community hall has been refurbished to a high standard with new floor, new kitchen and disabled friendly toilets and is available for hire at a reasonable rate.
