St Andrew's Church Blackley

A very warm welcome is extended to all our visitors and friends of St Andrew's, Higher Blackley.

We are first and foremost a community of prayer, hope and loving service, fully engaged with the Manchester Diocesan vision of being a transforming Christian presence in the heart of the community of Higher Blackley.

We have two regular services each week:

Wednesdays 10.45am Holy Communion

Sundays 9.30am Holy Communion or Morning Worship

We also offer other services at different times, such as Carol Services, Services of Healing and Wholeness, and Praise Services. You are welcome to join us for all of these. Just keep an eye on our calendar page and our "What's On" page for more details.

Safeguarding

"Our parish of Blackley: St Andrew is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO).

Our Diocese of Manchester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO.

If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO, Dianne McCann, or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor through the Diocesan website.

If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services."
