About Us
The foundation stone of All Saints Church Heaton Norris, designed by Stockport and Manchester architects Preston and Vaughan was laid in 1886, and the building was completed two years later. In 1990 it was radically reordered to provide a worship space, lounge area and large community hall with kitchen. We have a very welcoming congregation with a strong emphasis on social mission at the heart of the community.
It is an exciting place to be, with something for everybody; from various services to suit all people, the wonderful choir for those who enjoy singing, artistic groups like the Embroidery Group and Flower Arrangers, the many groups aimed at young people, groups for people who are alone and the thriving social life connected with the church. Please do look at our website which has comprehensive details updated daily, and follow us on facebook and become part of our 'online congregation' of over 100 people who share morning and evening prayer with us.
Whatever it is you are looking for we hope you will find it at CwAS. If you can’t, let us know and we will see what we can offer! We truly do aim to be a parish church for all who want to come here!
God bless!
