Come and join us in St Mark's Church Hall on Wednesday afternoons from 1pm to 3pm starting on 22 September 2021.The cost is £2.50 for one parent/guardian and one child + £1 for every extra adult or child.There are toys, children's activities and a sing along. Tea and coffee for parents and juice and snacks for the little ones.
Please note that the main Sunday Morning service at St Mark’s Worsley now begins at 11am. This is so that I can be at both Holy Rood and at St Mark’s as much as possible week in week out. We are delighted that Revd Adam Whittle has been appointed as the new Team Rector of the Worsley Team and incumbent of Holy Rood, Swinton to be held in plurality. Adam joins us after serving his curacy at Christ Church Pennington.Adam's installation service will be held at 7pm on Tuesday, 13th July 2021. Unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions still being in place, this will be a much smaller service that it would have been in "normal" times. Attendance will be strictly by invitation only. In line with government regulations, please can we ask you to wear a face covering and observe some social distancing restrictions?Church may will feel rather differently from pre-lockdown days but every precaution has been taken so that we can worship together safely.
