Wood Street Mission needs our help more than ever; please join us as we support struggling families and help children across Manchester and Salford have a happy Christmas.
You can help a young child (up to 14 yrs) enjoy their Christmas by donating a new toy - still boxed - at joining us at Holy Rood for our Toy Service at 10am on Sunday 8th December 2024. Following the service we will take all your donations to Wood Street Mission in time for Christmas.

You are invited to join us for a traditional service of Christmas readings and carols with special items from the choir directed by Gary Owen. Following the service please join us for a mince pies and mulled wine in the Moorside Community Memorial Hall.

Jesus is the Light of the World! Please join us in church for a special celebration of the Christmas message with Christingles.

Christingle is a joyful way for adults and children to celebrate the message of Christmas together. Everyone who attends will be given a Christingle to take home at the end of a family friendly service of worship, songs and prayers.

All are welcome to join us for one of the most beautiful services of the year, the service of Holy Communion on Christmas Eve. Join in the singing of some of your favourite carols accompanied by Gary Owen, our Organist and Choirmaster.
