St Paul's Church Monton

We would love to welcome you to worship with us at St Paul's Church in Monton where our Sunday Morning Service starts at 9:30am. On most Sundays the service is a celebration of Holy Communion, occasionally it is a Morning Service (without communion) ~ either way the church is open and ready to welcome you to join us. The church can be found on Egerton Road, Monton M30 9LR.

The well loved Toddler Group at St Paul's is held on a Wednesday mornings from 9:30am - 11.30am in term time only.

The Benefice Weekly Prayer Group meets at 9:30am on Thursday mornings at Eccles Parish Church on Church Street in Eccles. This is followed at 10:15am by a service of Holy Communion and then refreshments in the Bridgewater Room which is open as a Place Of Welcome; please do join us if you can!

THIS SUNDAY 2nd November at 4pm Team Memorial Service at St Andrew’s on Chadwick Road in Eccles. We remember those we have loved and lost in the last twelve months and in previous years. There is a list in church for any names that you would like to be remembered at this service.

Next Sunday, 9th November, is Remembrance Sunday; please join us in church at 9:30am for our service which will be followed by an Act Of Remembrance; our annual opportunity to remember the fallen.

Sunday 9th November at 4pm Café Church Service here at St Paul's ~ a relaxed, informal and modern style of worship for all ages. As Café Church is held on alternate Sunday Afternoons the one after this one will be on Sunday, 23rd November.

St Paul's are holding an Autumn Fair on Saturday, 22nd November 2025, 11am - 2pm. There will be various stalls including home made jams and chutneys, cake stall, arts and crafts and much more. Shop at the stalls, have a go at the tombola and stay to enjoy refreshments in the Café! The fair will be opened at 11am by the Monton Green Primary School Choir :)

St Andrew

Welcome to St Andrew's Eccles.

Everyone is welcome to join us at St Andrew’s at 11:15 am every Sunday for our weekly service including children for whom there are separate activities in the lounge area at the back of church. We offer refreshments after the service to those who would like to stay. The church is also open for private prayer from 8:45 am every Friday. On Wednesdays there is a Communion Service at 11am

Salford Foodbank continue to run a Distribution Centre in the church on Mondays 1-3 pm and Thursdays 10-12 noon (except for on Bank Holidays). Please note people needing to obtain food from the foodbank can only do so if they have been issued with a voucher. Please see https://salford.foodbank.org.uk for more information.

October 2025: All our week day community activities in the church will continue to take place while builders are working on the outside of the church during October. When the main door is not in use please enter by the door from the car park at the back of the church. The entrance to the car park is on Mather Ave, This road, if you are facing the church’s main entrance is on your left

Eccles Parish Church

Our Sunday morning service starts at 11:15am and is followed by light refreshments in the Bridgewater Room.

We have a short Communion service every Thursday at 10.15am in the Pitcairn Chapel.

The church is open to everyone on Thursday as a “Place of Welcome” following the 10 15 service through until 2pm. Come in for light refreshments, to meet and make friends, to look round our ancient and beautiful building or simply to sit for a few moments of quiet reflection.

Our church is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO) TBA. The Diocese of Manchester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advises our PSO.
