About Us
St Mark's is a large Victorian Gothic church in St John's Wood, built by Thomas Cundy originally to seat 1450 people.
The worship at St Mark's is liberal catholic in style and the congregation is drawn predominantly from within the parish. There is a large scale restoration and redevelopment plan in place.
St Mark's seeks to be a friendly Church where all people are welcome. There is a variety of midweek activities including the 'Little Lions' club for 0-3 year olds and their carers meeting every Tuesday in term from 10-11.30am.
