At Emmanuel we will be starting Lent with an Ash Wednesday service at 11am on Wednesday 5th March. This will be a traditional service of Holy Communion with Ashing. To help us make the most of Lent we will also be running a Lent Course. For details see the notice below. We will also be marking Lent with a Lent series at Wednesday Fellowship. All are welcome in the Lounge each Wednesday from 2.15-4pm as we enjoy our usual mix of fun and interesting sessions, hymns, prayers and talks on the theme of ‘Look to the Cross’. We pray that each one of us will be able to make the most of Lent this year.

We are a vibrant church with three services each Sunday and lots of events happening during the week for church family and members of the community. We are a church made up of people of all ages seeking to have our lives fully rooted in and shaped by the Word of God and the Holy Spirit.

At Emmanuel Church Northwood we place a high priority on safeguarding the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being of all our children, young people and vulnerable adults.
