About Us

Welcome to our church.

We are a community of people who seek to love God, love one another and love our neighbours.  

As a happy, lively, gathering of people who see our core identity as ambassadors for the kingdom of God, we seek to take every opportunity to communicate the Gospel effectively, deepening our own relationship with God in order to share it creatively with others through fighting poverty, inequality and injustice and opening up our church buildings to the wider community.

We have reduced our Sunday Services down to just one at 10am, to care for the environment (reducing our carbon footprint), which has been a success - not only in saving resources, but in bringing the whole church family together, making our church truly intergenerational.

Following, what we believe to be, the prompting of the Holy Spirit, instead of sending children and young people out to separate groups during this service we provide ways for all to digest and engage with the gospel together.

We have a time of musical worship, then Bible readings, followed by a short sermon, and Holy Communion.  As well as the regular seating, there are areas around the main church people can disperse to to reflect quietly, or feel free to move around, with café style chairs and children's play area at the back of church.

We are currently experimenting with different Wednesday gatherings from Morning Prayer to videos.
