St Nicholas Church, Perivale

St Nicholas Church, Perivale is a community of ordinary Christians who are committed to meeting together for the weekly celebration of the Eucharist. We welcome the challenge of reflective liturgy and thought provoking preaching, and find ourselves 'caught up' in both the missional joy and sorrow of learning to discerning the face of Christ in and through the people and situations that occur in the streets of Perivale, and beyond. Our church is a uniquely welcoming, creative community who seek to bring all that we are, and all that we experience to the foot of our Garden Cross in prayer and modern sung worship.

Our parish is packed full of contrasts: Tucked away behind the well-known landmark of the Hoover building, yet well-served by Perivale (Central Line) and Alperton (Piccadilly Line) underground stations. Our church building stands where the sleepy residential areas of North Ealing meets the industrial entrepreneurialism of the Perivale business estate. It is where the quiet green spaces of Horsenden Hill, and of Ealing and Sudbury golf clubs are contrasted by the constant flow of the A40 and the Grand Union Canal, both of which cut through our parish. Amongst these contrasts, you will find us prayerfully listening to the promptings of the Holy Spirit and expressing the humble hearted love of Christ to all those who find themselves at the crossroads of life, or on the margins of our world.

Come and join us for Sunday service at 10am in our urban Bethlehem.

Stay for the conversation, coffee and cake and meet the risen Lord Jesus amongst us!
