About Us
St Paul's is the parish church of Harringay and is honoured to serve the Harringay community, as well as the wider community of north London. The first-ever church was in Jerusalem, and a pen portrait has been preserved for us in the Bible, in Acts 2:42-47. They operated like a family, eating, studying, praying and spending time together, with a strong gene of generosity inherited from Jesus himself. It was Jesus who had turned their lives around, with the realisation that he was Lord (God in human flesh) and Messiah (the Bible's long-promised saviour-king). At St Paul's Harringay we pray we'll be a 'family on a mission' who love Jesus, love neighbour, grow disciples and plant churches.
We welcome visitors of all faiths and doubts to encounter God through his Word, the Bible. We are led by an evangelical pastor, Pete Snow, and a team of lay leaders. We're delighted that God has given us such a diverse family at St Paul's - different ages, races, backgrounds and struggles - and we look forward to meeting many more people from our community in the years to come as we find out how we can serve Harringay.
