24 March 9.30am: PALM SUNDAY in the Liturgy of the Palms and Parish Mass we cheer as Jesus enters Jerusalem, then we listen to what happened when the crowd’s cry of ‘Hosanna’ changed to ‘Crucify’ 

25 March 7.30pm: HOLY MONDAY we think about him being anointed for his burial with a healing Mass.

26 March 7.30pm: HOLY TUESDAY we walk the journey to Golgotha with the Stations of the cross and a Mass. 

27 March 7.30pm: SPY WEDNESDAY we hear about Judas’ betrayal and in the Mass gradually snuff out all the candles 

28 March 7.30pm: MAUNDY THURSDAY we receive the blessed oils into church, and remember Jesus last meal on earth, by doing as he asked us; washing feet and sharing the bread and wine of the Eucharist. We then watch with him in the Garden of Repose (Lady Chapel) until midnight.

29 March 10.30am Stations of the Cross 1.30pm Liturgy with Communion: GOOD FRIDAY we come to be with him as he dies on the cross.

30 March 8pm HOLY SATURDAY we light a fire, bless the Easter candle, ring bells and renew our baptism vows in the first Mass of Easter

31 March EASTER DAY we celebrate his resurrection with a sung Mass and Easter egg hunt
