About Us
Welcome to St Michael and All Angels Mill Hill!
We are a vibrant, welcoming, lively Church in the modern Catholic tradition of the Church of England. Our church reflects the glorious diversity of our local community. We promote equality for all people regardless of ethnicity, sexuality, gender, age, social background, disability or marital status. You can worship at St Michael and All Angels without fear of prejudice or discrimination.
A Church that's OPEN to our Community
St Michael's church doors are open almost everyday all day for you to come and pray, light and candle and catch a moments peace.
Parish Eucharist
The focal point of our life together is our 10.30 am Sunday Parish Eucharist.
We gather around Christ's table, joyfully remembering His saving acts and giving thanks for the abundance of God's grace and unconditional love.
Weekly Children's Church
Over twenty-five primary school age children regularly worship with us.
Our Children's Church runs alongside our Parish Eucharist. At the beginning of the service children of nursery and primary school age are welcome to join our dedicated children's worship leaders in the church hall. Each week we grow in our love of Jesus and learn more about our faith using a fun-filled variety of crafts, games, dance and song.
Monthly Children's Eucharist
On the first Sunday of the month our Parish Eucharist is particularly accessible to our youngest members. Children (of all ages!) are invited to participate in a dynamic, visual, interactive service which brings the Christian faith alive in an exciting and accessible way.
Youth Choir
Throughout the year we host regular workshops alongside our chidlren's church provision at the Sunday 10.30 Parish Mass. The workshops enable our youngest members to have the experience to work with trainined musicans to express their faith through music in a fun yet meaningful way.
Daily Prayer at St Michael's
Prayer is offered throughout the week at St Michaels. Every morning and evening (except Monday) the church is open for an hours prayer and meditation in the morning and for half an hour most evenings. For more information about these prayer times take a look at the services and events section on this website.
The Choir
We love to sing praises to God! We enjoy using both traditional and modern music in our worship. Each week our prayer and praises are enriched by a full robed choir who sing a wide repertoire of Mass settings and anthems. The choir welcomes newcomers. For more information about joining our choir please come to our Sunday worship and speak to our Director of Music.
Parent and Toddler's Group
On Tuesday 13th September 10.30-12 noon our Parent and Toddler's group resumes again for our autumn season. Every week this drop-in session provides a wonderful opportunity for children to play together in a safe and homely environment. Mums and Dad also relish the opportunity to meet with other parents and share a cup of tea and enjoy a chat - sharing experiences of parenting can be so therapeutic! Families of all faiths and none are more than welcome to attend.
