There has been a church on this site in Hendon since at least the 10th century and you are welcome to visit to view the building , or just come in for a few moments of quiet reflection.
Our Junior Choir is now rehearsing on a Wednesday evening - rehearsing music for Sunday services and special events. Singers from Year 3 up are welcome.
All are welcome to our Open Church on Saturday 7th September at St Mary’s from 12.00-16.00.
The theme for September is ‘Generation-2-Generation’, with a talk by Gloria at 14.00, about her father Tony’s remarkable story as a holocaust survivor.
As usual there will be games & puzzles & refreshments.
There will be a joint service at St Mary’s on Sunday 8th September – with blessing of school bags.
Please note that the service will start at 10.30. The service will be followed by lunch.
