We are looking forward to our churchyard festivities during 'Love your Burial Ground' week on 3-11 June which is promoted by the charity Caring for God's Acre.

If you haven't had a chance to walk through the churchyard recently, it really is looking lovely. As part of this national celebration, we will offer a variety of talks and tours about all the elements that make this such a special place. Please come along and be part of this celebration.

3 June: 5pm – talk on history of churchyard
4 June: 9am service to formally launch the festivities
5 June: talk/tour on flora and fauna
6 June: talk/tour on Adopting A Grave
7 June: talk/tour on flora and fauna and at 8pm a talk on history of churchyard
8 June: talk on bees
9 June: talk/tour on flora and fauna
10 June: talk on bees and Adopting a Grave
11 June: 10.00am Churchyard Service to conclude the celebrations

Also a paper guide to the churchyard, as well as a quiz, will be available each day in the west porch to enable you to enjoy this space in your own time.

St Mary with St Alban is an ancient parish church located near the river in Teddington. We offer a lively mix of traditional and contemporary worship; a friendly welcome to people of all ages and backgrounds; and a passion to serve our community.
