On Thursday 18th April 2024, 7pm at The Church of the Holy Innocents, Hammersmith, Compassion UK presents a concert of exquisite, new sacred music for voice, piano & violin.

In this special collaboration, three top UK musicians join forces to present music from Rachel Chaplin's new album Music from an Inner Space. Described by BBC radio 3's Hannah French as 'beautiful and powerful songs, better than any medicine'.

Rachel (piano) will be joined by singer Joanna Forbes L'Estrange, an international soloist and former member of the five-time Grammy® award-winning vocal group The Swingle Singers, and Kathryn Parry violinist with the London Handel Orchestra and the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment. This is a concert not to be missed!

After the performance, over cheese and wine, I will be interviewing Ronnie Mulema, a graduate from the Compassion programme, who will share how support from his local church empowered him to overcome poverty and move towards a brighter future.

Tickets are £10 in advance; for catering purposes please book via link below.
