Mark the feast day of our patron saint by walking our parish boundary with us, celebrating our presence in Bow, before coming back to enjoy tea and cake in the church.
We’re marking the feast day of our patron saint St Barnabas by reviving this ancient tradition of walking the parish boundary, called beating the bounds.
We hope very much you can take part. Let’s hope it’ll be a sunny day but the forecast is mixed. Please make sure you bring the right things for the weather — you might even need a water bottle if the sun does come out! The going should be easy, the ground is all pretty level, and if it’s wet we can stick to the pavements.
