About Us

St Jude & St Paul's serves a local area renowned for its long history of diversity. Our congregation broadly reflects the varied population, with members who have grown up in the area and those whose origins come from across the world and country with many different ways of life. There is a wide age span too with several generations from within families often attending church together. Some members have worshipped with St Jude & St Paul’s for many years, while others have just arrived and may stay only a year or two until their jobs or housing needs take them elsewhere.

By tradition the church is evangelical with an emphasis on biblical preaching and evangelism. We have a 10.30 am Sunday service, with Communion on the 1st and 3rd Sundays and an All-Age Worship Service on 2nd Sundays. After the service refreshments are served which provides a valuable opportunity for fellowship and welcoming new members and visitors to the congregation.
