Annual Parochial Church
Meeting
The APCM of St Oswald’s church is to be held on
Wednesday 14th May, in the church hall starting at 8.00pm.
At this meeting the annual report of the church will be
presented which will include financial matters of the
church and its funds. Revd Martin Cox will be present
and this will be an ideal opportunity to help him along
the way with his ministry.
Church wardens and members of the PCC will be
elected and the list of side’s people updated.
Each attendee will be able to raise matters of concern
for group discussion.
Application forms are available at the back of the
church for church wardens and PCC officials.
If you are interested in the future of your church then please come along.

St Oswald's

St Oswald's is a friendly church and we would love to welcome you. The church building stands at the centre of the village of Winwick on raised ground, welcoming all who pass through. There is evidence that the Christian faith has been here for over 1,000 years and continues today. The Church building is mentioned in the Domesday Book and the church is an integral part of the area's history and community.

On the 29/02/2024, Reverend Martin Cox was appointed Priest-in-Charge at St. Oswald’s Church, Winwick, plus Rector of Christ Church, Croft and Newchurch Parish Church, Culcheth.

Thursday 3rd July 9:30am - Holy Communion by Rev. Trevor Hodson Preceded by Silent Hour 8:30am to 9am

Sunday 6th July, 10.30am - Joint Holy Communion by Rev Martin Cox and Rev. Martin Fuller.

Thursday 10th July 9am - Morning Prayer

Sunday 13th July 10:30am - Holy Communion  by Rev. Martin Fuller and Rev. Alan Litton. 

Thursday 17th July 9am - Morning Prayer 

Sunday 20th July 9am - Said Holy Communion by Rev Martin Cox.

Thursday 24th July 9:30am - Holy Communion by Rev. Trevor Hodson Preceded by Silent Hour 8:30am to 9am

Sunday 27th July 10.30am - Holy Communion by Rev. Trevor Hodson

Thursday 31st July 9am - Morning Prayer

Unless otherwise stated services will be at St. Oswald’s Church, Winwick.
