Mr David Selvan is a Consultant in Trauma and Orthopaedics with a special interest in knee surgery which includes arthroplasty, partial knee replacements, osteotomies and anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstructions, knee pain treatments, total knee replacements, sports knee injuries, ligaments and knee arthroscopy. He is very keen on patient outcomes following joint replacement surgery.

Mr Selvan also has an interest in teaching and training doctors and allied health professional and is the Royal College tutor in his NHS practice and is a recognised GMC trainer. He is also a Member of the Faculty of Surgical Trainers of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh which is attained for outstanding training in surgery.
